Standard Warranty starts from the day when the item is delivered to our office or designated location.

Standard Warranty varies from products and brands.

Customer may need to cover only the shipping cost to send the faulty items to the designated service location assigned by Oceanic Focus. The cost of repairs will be borne by Oceanic Focus upon the validation of the warranty claim.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties which may be incurred in returning the product to the designated service location assigned by Oceanic Focus. Any fees incurred by Oceanic Focus may be charged back along with applicable service charges.
